Based out of Nashville, TN, HCA Healthcare is the one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, comprised of more than 180 hospitals and 2,000+ sites of care in 21 states and the United Kingdom. As a learning health system, HCA Healthcare analyzes data from around 35 million patient encounters each year. This data helps develop technologies and best practices that improve patient care, allowing for collaboration with the larger healthcare community and government agencies to improve care everywhere.
Panel of speakers:
Nicole Tremblett is Vice President of Information Technology Group (ITG), responsible for Infrastructure Services & Operations, Shared Services, and Nursing Technology for HCA Healthcare. The ITG organization employs 6000+ professionals across the country and is responsible for delivering IT services to HCA Healthcare. Nicole has been with HCA Healthcare for 25 years.
Evelyn Cotton is the Assistant Vice President of the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance organization within ITG and has been with HCA Healthcare for 19 years. She has 33 years of experience in IT spanning the entire spectrum of the Software Development Life Cycle: Project Management, Business Analysis, Application Development, Quality Assurance and Six Sigma Black Belt. The last 25 years of her career have consisted of leading both U.S. and International Quality Assurance organizations for companies including GE, SAIC and HCA Healthcare. She also has a passion for children and ensure they have a healthy and happy childhood. She served on the board for Nurture Next (Prevent Child Abuse TN) for 9 years and is an active board member of Mother to Mother (3 years).
Nick Greenfield joined the Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner in 2017. With over 11 years of professional HR experience, he has worked with small to large organizations providing guidance and leadership to senior leaders in organizational development, acquisitions and recruitment initiatives. Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, Nick was an HR professional with Saint Thomas Health, Ascension Health and Crew One Productions, Inc. with a demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships with the teams and divisions that he partners with. Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University while competing in collegiate baseball.
Ashley Howard joined the Campus Recruiting Team in June 2019 with several years of recruiting experience for the hospitality and campus industry. Ashley graduated with a degree in Management and HR from Trevecca Nazarene University while competing in collegiate soccer and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Logan Roberts is an Automation Engineer with the ITG Automation Center of Excellence. He first joined HCA Healthcare through the Pathways Internship program in 2019 working on infrastructure automation. He was then hired full-time as a Systems Engineer with the Event Management and Analytics team, where he continued to build upon the work he began as an intern. Logan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and his Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Middle Tennessee State University.
