The President of AppITP will have many duties in the organization. The President provides overall guidance to the organization, aids other Officers in their jobs, and is responsible for the agendas for each Executive Council meeting and the normal club meeting. The President initiates, delegates, and oversees all club functions including all projects that are the responsibilities of the Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and WebMaster. This entity would help further the association of members within AppITP, delegates responsibilities to the other members of the Executive Council, calls Board of Directors' meetings, and makes sure that appropriate people are informed as needed. The president, along with the Advisor, act as mediators when needed. The President is to see that all duties of the remainder of the organization are met and that proper procedures are being followed.

Hello everyone! I am Bethany Hall, Vice President of AppITP. I am a junior double majoring in Computer Information Systems and Cybersecurity. In my spare time I like to scrapbook, craft, weightlift, and use pinterest. I joined AppITP to broaden my network, build my resume, and become more acquainted with faculty.

The primary job of the Vice President is to assist the President wherever necessary. In addition to this, they are responsible for all local-chapter-oriented activities. These activities include meeting with the club Advisor to schedule meetings and plan events as well as coordinate the activities of the subcommittees. The Vice President also has the ability to delegate the subcommittees to the Secretary and Treasurer at their discretion.

Hey everybody! I'm Carson Patterson, Secretary of AppITP. I am a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics. In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, board games, video games, and hiking. I joined AppITP to build my network and to create more opportunities for other students to grow as CIS and Cybersecurity professionals.

The primary job of the Secretary is to keep an accurate account of all events concerning the club. They also must make sure that all documents and paperwork belonging to the club are organized and correct.

Hi Everybody! My name is Emma Pollard. I am the Co-Treasurer of AppITP. I am a freshman, and I am pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems with plans to continue into Instructional Technology. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing volleyball, reading, and playing card games. I joined AppITP to connect with other students in technology-related studies, strengthen my professional skills, broaden my network, and help create meaningful service opportunities within the App State community

The Treasurer’s primary responsibility is to manage and oversee AITP’s financial operations while supporting overall club activities. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing balance sheets, managing cash at events, attending meetings, completing delegated tasks, and representing AITP and the Walker College of Business with professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
